This is a project /performance task focusing on claim, reasons, and evidence tieing into what students are learning in Social Studies. It is due on March 8, 2019. The AC classes will take part in the Global Read Aloud starting in October. This will be approximately 6 weeks of reading the novel Refugee by Alan Gratz. Students will collaborate with their peers and another class located outside the state of Georgia. It is desired that students have their own copy of the book so they can annotate and highlight information that they may further use for non-fiction activities and their explanatory writing.
